I just finished Gone With the Wind. Never read it before, never seen the movie. First 1000 pages? Amazing. Outstanding. Couldn't put the book down. Last 50 pages? WTF Margaret Mitchell? That was the worst ending EVER! I was so angry, if that book wasn't so old, I would have thrown it across the room. I did not want it to end that way! The way M.M. goes into detail about the characters, it was like I knew them. And now I don't know if I can watch the movie, cuz I don't want to go through that ending again, and I don't know if any actor/actress can play the characters I have visualized in my head. I don't think they can live up to the standard M.M. has written. But why on earth did it have to end like that? It's still a great book, and I probably will watch the movie, (but I am expecting to be disappointed) I just was holding out hope that there would be a happy ending for someone. Anyways. Now to find something else to read!!

Black Hole
I am absolutely convinced that there is a tiny black hole permanently anchored to aidan's crib. We have probably gone through 20 binkies, and they continue to disappear. So either she is eating them (not likely), or there is a black hole under her crib that no binky can escape from. I think it sucks up sippy cups too, we just got Carsyn a 4 pack of sippy cups, and we are down to 1. I have searched the apartment very thoroughly, it's not that big, and i can't find the sippy cups or binkies. So hopefully I can keep track of these last 2 binkies and the last sippy cup, cuz i don't want to have to keep buying them. We don't have a Walmart or Winco close by where i can get them cheap, all we have here is a Fred Meyer. Thankyou for reading and have a nice day!!

bring on the fall
No, I didn't trip and injure myself. I am ready for the fall. as in Autumn. It's too hot to sleep at night, it's too hot to nurse aidan (babies are little furnaces!), it's too hot to live without an air conditioner, and it's too hot to clean (hee hee!). Autumn is perfect, it's still sunny, not too warm, and fall clothes are the most comfortable. We're getting ready for park day, and it's a bit cooler now, but in about an hour, my kids are gonna be dirty, sweaty, and stinky. YAY. So bring on the change of seasons, I am excited for the leaves to turn all kinds of colors and fall off the trees, and making leaf piles for the kids to jump in, and the holiday season, and the sweatshirts, bring it all on. I don't mind trading my flip flops for sneakers. I look forward to it!

My First Blog EVER!!
This is so exciting, i already have a follower (thanks melinda!), and i haven't even completed a blog yet! I'm a bit slow in this area, so give me time and i will get alot better. And i will get pictures posted too. Next subject.
This weekend we took the kids to the pool (1 of the things i love about living in an apartment!), and poor Silas stayed on the stairs for like 30 minutes! And when he finally did get in, he was holding on to me so tight his life jacket was almost choking me. Besides taking them to the pool over and over, how do you get your kids to not freak out in the water? Carsyn did alot better. She was kicking and having fun, although she was clinging pretty tight to Dan. I told them we would get them some floaty noodles from the store, so i think when they have those, they will be a little happier about being in the water. THE END
So that was a short blog, i think, and once i get this all figured out i'm sure they will be much better.
